Intelligence Agencies, Police & Weed & Seed
The Rule of Law and the Intent of Law

I want to address this because I know that this expresses a great deal of what Barack Obama calls "bitterness", and I want it to be clear that my words and actions are consistent, and they are. I don't want anyone misunderstanding or spinning what I have to say, because my opinion on this subject is quite simple:

Many people believe that the courts, the police, the intelligence agencies, politicians and practically anyone in authority is corrupt these days. I know it can seem like that. But it's just not true.

My thoughts about law enforcement and military officers and all the rest is that we need them, they're heroes and like anywhere or any organization where there is authority, there is abuse and corruption. I don't believe that there's any more corruption in these services than in any other sector.

Maybe I'm naive. But like Jack Welch said "Coverups don't work" to which Chris Matthews replied "Except when they do"... Interpret that as you will...

They think they get away with it, but when you look at what's going on in the U.S., it's clear that things are going to come to a head very soon.

To be honest, though, I do have some criticisms of the police because I believe they provoke violence because of their over-aggressive approaches to individuals, and push people to incriminate themselves. I've seen it happen numerous times.

The intelligence agencies take their orders from someone, but as individuals, some of them are socipathic and dissociative because they apparently won't honor the Constitution even when they know full well that what they are doing is wrong, treasonous and doing great harm to fellow citizens.  As a citizen, I cannot respect that. And won't condone it. I don't care how much power you think you have. That's not defiance, that's a statement of fact based on Constitutional and inalienable rights, and if you want to diminish that I say you only diminish yourselves, your government, your country and you cause shame to every American who has an inkling of information.

Family Jewels. You can't even admit to your crimes without trying to make it sound like a good thing.

That said.

The Weed and Seed Program

What started out as a good thing has, in many cases, turned into RICCO violations, clandestine surveillance and harassment operations, and the education of city leaders as to how to legally exclude and force out citizens whom they deem undesireable.

Until you find out that it is also used by the government to persecute, surveil, deliver harassment and physically harm targets like - political activists, Quakers, people they don't like and so they abuse their power, people whose political beliefs are different, race, religion... etc, etc, etc.

Furthermore, people participating in these covert, clandestine programs do not understand that they are not above the law, and that they are violating people's Constitutional Rights, and that they are subject to prosecution and civil suits that could land them in jail for the rest of their lives, and cost them everything they own.

They believe, because they are encouraged to do these things, that they're the cool guys helping out the government. They are fools, and they too will be harmed because they have been conned by their government.

And, by the way, it appears that this sort of function also comes under the categories of what is funded by the "Faith Based Charities" initiative.

When your name is placed in these programs, you can't get a job, you can't get medical care, you can't buy property...

And the hell of it is, what the government does to get the cooperation of these citizens, is tell lots of really nasty lies about you.

I haven't gotten a haircut in 3 years because the last 4 times I've gone to get a haircut, something weird happens.

The last time, I went to a shop where I'd gotten a haircut a couple of years before. One woman worked there. She owned the shop. She was a South Korean immigrant. She started to proceed to give me a hair cut, when a woman rushed in from the back room, boldly stated "I'll take this one"... and then proceeded to cut my hair, telling me all the while it had been a long time since she'd cut someone's hair, and the picture on the cosmetology license wasn't her.

I was nervous so I just thought I'd let her go on and deal with the consequences later. But her face looked familiar, and at worst, have to get another cut somewhere else. The look on the owner's face when the other woman burst in was fear. I had just begun to become aware that PsyOps were being performed against me, and I knew something weird was going on.

Afterward, I realized why I recognized her face.

Just a week or two before, I had headed to the airport and about half way there, I realized I was going at the wrong time.  I did some lane changes, and being safe and looking all around, already being aware that I was being followed sometimes, I noticed a white Chevy Suburban behind me, changing lanes to the next exit as I did. Then I crossed the overpass to return to the freeway, to go in the opposite direction, and stopped at a red light in the left turn lane, waiting to enter the freeway.

The suburban pulled up behind me and stopped. I wanted to let the woman know that I knew she was there. So I turned around and made it obvious that I wa looking at her. Her tires squealed as she pulled into another lane and sped away.

How did the haircut turn out? Worst one in my life. But, worse, both of my ears were bleeding and blood was running down my face when I left that shop. 3 years, and I don't like having long hair, or walking around with a botched self-cut head of hair.

Why didn't I sue them. I'm not the suing kind, and my PsyOps people know it. Moreover, by then, I knew that I was being set-up to do something that would allow someone to make a report that claiming I was violent, in which case they could involuntarily commit me on the grounds that I was mentally disturbed.

That's what they do to people. There's lots of documentation to that effect. Which is why the FFCHS attorney wrote THIS letter.

And that same Suburban harassed me time and time again afterward on the road to and from my house.

Consider this, though:

Let's say you were a PsyOps guy, out to harass and defame a guy for some stupid reason. And, you had this guy on the internet who wouldn't keep his mouth shut about things the political machine didn't want to discuss, who was a witness to a bizarre number of instances of government corruption, contract fraud, was privvy to limited discussions between an impeached president and a spiritual advisor, voting fraud, Securities fraud and so many more things.

I don't know know why I keep finding myself in the position of witnessing crimes that noone will take action on when I report them.  It's been happening since I was a teen. And it's not like I wanted to know this stuff. And I always walked away so long as I made appropriate reports in order to make sure I didn't end up getting arrested because I was stuck in the middle.

But, this guy on the internet, he keeps talking about the Constitution, propaganda techniques the corporate media uses and using words like fascism, liar and quoting the Bible, and all the tricks being used to con the American people, so you decide to make him out as some kind of radical left-wing hippie, instead of the moderate liberal he actually was.

One way was to come up with a scheme to make him end up looking like a radical - like - by having long hair. And, that way, if I ever dared to speak up again (as I am doing after a few years) and try to tell my story, and by some chance someone actually reads and believes it, they'll have pictures of me in long hair, a weird look on my facebecause of the dental work noone would do that causes me to be unable to talk clearly (despite the fact that as a radio announcer I was known to have nearly perfect enunciation) attending a conference that I didn't know was sponsored by the 911truth.org people until after I had registered.

I'll tell you that story another time. I found the experience intriguing and amusing.

But, just consider that as a possibility, if someone really was doing PsyOps...

These days, where I live, it appears there is a small group of people who like PT Cruisers who follow you from time time.  And, when they're all together, they're usually accompanied by a grey Dodge truck with a few antennas and tinted windows.

I went to the bank one Saturday. Drove into the parking lot, no one was there but me. 30 seconds later, there were about 10-12 vehicles in the parking lot, all with the same kind of radio antenna, 4 PT cruisers, the Dodge pickup.... and they all just sat there and watched me use the atm, then followed me out of the parking lot when I left.

They seem to have  a specific area that they cover. They "pick you up" in certain areas, and almost always turn off at the same exit after you get on a certain freeway. That exit is approximately where the end of the city limits are.

All I have to say is that I'm collecting license numbers and taking pictures when possible. I'm sure I'm mistaken about some of the cars I think are tailing me. But not that many. Frankly, I don't spend a whole lot of time looking for it. I assume they're not, and, wait for them to show themselves, and they usually do. The fact is, they want you to notice, they want you to feel intimidated because you know you're being watched. That's what Psyops and vigilanteism is all about.

I just hope they have good lawyers, because they're going to need them. And the people who told them to do it won't be able to help them from their jail cells.

And, like I communicated to the head of the Weed and Seed Program for the Pacific Northwest, I agree with a great number of things the Weed and Seed program provides, and have publicly advocated such things since the 70's.

In fact, in 1972, I became the youngest person in United States History to run for an elected office. And the issues I raised had everything to do with community development, youth and community outreach.. practically all the same things they tout on their websites...

EXCEPT, I don't endorse clandestine harassment of citizens and the use of illegal means and electronic weapons against them. They do. Whether they admit it or not.

Ask Bill Clinton what the Justice Department did in 1995.. And Brian Baird, ask him why the anti-meth program he makes a career out of touting is so successful. It's all these politicians who don't have a creative bone in their bodies who ALWAYS resort to force because they're really just bullies.

I don't advocate its use as a front for fascism, compromising innocent, well meaning citizens and harming their victims, and it will be challenged in the Supreme Court one day, if I have to do it myself. And I am preparing myself to do so.

As Patrick Henry ACTUALLY said:
Give me liberty or give me death. I smell a rat."

"Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings"

The "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death" speech,
Patrick Henry, March 23, 1775

(PsyOps Note: I've used this link for over 5 years to display the actual text of this speech. Now, it cuts off the speech. Today, I decided to check the link. This is the sort of thing that happens when 3000 CIA agents are assigned to perform revisionist history and PsyOps and spread disinformation on the internet. Did Henry say "I smell a rat?" or not? Was I tricked into believing that, or am I being tricked now? We'll see. I can give you a list of books that went in and out of print when I'd mention them too. Webmasters: this is a perfect example of why you should always copy materials you refer to to your own web site, with a link pointing to the source where you retrieved it)

"We have, in truth, resorted to power because our politics has failed.  Since no politician can afford to admit this, we must pretend that we are resorting to power in order to make our politics succeed."

-- Theodore Draper,
"Abuse of Power", 1967

And as for my attitude about law enforcement. Thanks for being there. Except for the times I've been unnecessarily dominated and demeaned for having done nothing... and even those guys usually got over it once they got the chip off their shoulder.

And if you don't like me saying these kinds of things, remember, you're accountable for your actions too, and don't blame me for the PR effect your tactics cause in the public eye. Of course I'll be criticized for writing these words. Everyone in America who dares to tell the truth becomes ostracized.

Otherwise, my real perception of Law Enforcement Officers is that they're actually incredibly patient and interested in helping who they can, but don't have the time for the kind of investigation - or authority - to do much about what I and many others are experiencing. Out of respect for chain of command, assigned responsibility and process, this is appropriate.

For the record: I can't tell you who is actually performing the electronic attacks. I can name and prove many of the people who have participated in the PsyOps themselves, and I can tell you how they do it.

My college training is in broadcast engineering.

The Bible says "Those who try to save themselves will lose themselves". Are you saving yourselves by turning your heads to these crimes... and participating in them? I doubt that's what you had in mind when you decided to become a defender of justice.
