sying that, despite the fact that I used to revere you, you and your friends are truly
scumbag traitors. People should learn what you and your friends are doing with mind
control at Emory University, where it first began when Rockefeller funded it. Good luck

Dear President Carter;
First, I’d like to tell you how much respect I have always
had for you in your work as President, and in your public works since leaving office.
There are few men who have impressed me as much as you have while working in our
government.
I am writing to you, however, because I have a great number of
concerns regarding the Tri-Lateral plan. I
would agree that it is unusual for a private citizen to contact someone of your stature
regarding such matters.
However, given my original understanding of the plan from some
40 years ago, it appears that it is proceeding much more quickly than originally planned.
Further, given the events particularly in the last few years
and the deception that has occurred in various areas of the government, I have become
greatly concerned.
Let me offer a brief explanation as to why I would appreciate
your consideration to allow me an opportunity to engage you in a personal discussion at
this time. It’s very possible that you may have mention of me as someone
“causing trouble” or raising questions. Some may even label me as a radical of
sorts.
However, I assure you that what I am most is a very patriotic
American who is quite concerned with the condition of his country, with additional
interests similar to yours on a global basis.
I would like to introduce myself and my concerns in this way:
My father, Charles Rehn III, born in 1908, considered a genius,
working for the military, having retired from the Hunter’s Point Naval Shipyard in
San Francisco in 1960 or 1961, had a personal relationship with Richard Nixon, was
involved with the Free Masons, the John Birch Society and other interesting organizations
with which I have no personal connection.
Prior to his death, he sat me down one day and gave me some
books on the Tri-Lateral Commission, and told me if I ever saw certain things occurring in
the world and in the government, to look into it, and possibly, take action as a citizen
to either promote the Tri-Lateral plan or oppose it.
He told me that the plan was, in theory, a good plan, but that
corruption would make it a totalitarian supra-government, which could in no way be
considered of benefit to the citizens of this planet.
Unfortunately, world events would indicate the potential, if
not probability, that the plan has been co-opted by individuals and interests seeking to
hijack the plan for their own purposes. Because
of that, I have done a great deal of additional research, and have become quite concerned
at what I have learned, particularly regarding affiliations and associations with the
Council on Foreign Relations.
Given that I carry His name, it’s quite possible that you
might discover a number of interesting facts regarding my heritage. I’ll leave it at
that, and allow you or your staff to inquire into that aspect.
I have been quite boisterous regarding a number of issues in
the last few years, primarily for the purpose of causing people to raise questions
regarding the U.S. Government’s activities and policies. And, to be honest, I am on
the precipice of launching a program to urge citizens to require our government to provide
a complete explanation regarding the plans and affiliations I have referred to. I have
made my intentions known to certain media outlets and U.S. Representatives.
However, despite my activism and work to cause people to speak
out after the installation of the Patriot Act (as they were afraid to say anything to
oppose or question Mr. Bush’s policies), as well as to urge people to vote, and,
frankly, to side with the Democratic Party, my concerns are now diminishing my confidence
in the Democratic Party as well.
In all fairness, I do not wish to publicly, en masse, raise
concerns of this nature without appropriate consideration, as the implications in many
ways would be very disruptive to the election, as well as to the nation, and possibly,
globally.
While I have no qualms acting as an activist for matters such
as voting and national domestic policy, I have no interest in defaming, demeaning or
disrupting the work of individuals such as you without a more comprehensive understanding.
Nor do I wish to disrupt or negatively impact the upcoming elections.
I believe I have certain special interests in the
implementation of this plan. For that reason, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity
to discuss these matters with you directly, since you were the primary designer of the
Tri-Lateral plan, and are still quite involved with such matters.
Just for your reference and ability to inquire about me
initially, a number of years ago, I became acquainted with Scott Ritter just prior to his
assignment as a Major in the U.N. Middle Peace keeping force while working with his wife
Mary at Pro-Tym-Systems in Bellevue, Washington.
Again, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss
this with you directly.
