The Diagnostic = and=20 Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) is the means = by=20 which mental health disorders are classified in the United=20 States. While there seems to be a genetic = or=20 familial component to this disorder for some individuals, = sexual=20 transmission may be involved for others. Marked impairment in the use of = multiple verbal=20 behaviors such as wild exaggeration, rapid shifts of = previously=20 stated opinions to the point of repeated reversal, overuse = of words=20 or phrases such as "read my lips," consistent misuse = of words,=20 despite opportunities to learn correct usage or = pronunciation; eg=20 Nukular, for nuclear. Excessively impressionistic = speech=20 patterns, little concrete detail. Significant use of = spin,=20 distraction and deletion. Sees no difficulty with = phrases such=20 as "collateral damage" "military intelligence" "friendly = fire"=20 "compassionate conservative".

2. Grandiosity and=20 self-importance. Exaggerates achievements and talents; = eg.,=20 created the internet, liberated another country etc. =20 Theatrical, self-dramatization, and exaggerated = expression of=20 emotion, Dresses up in costumes of others for=20 self-glorification.

3. Is pre-occupied with = fantasies=20 of unlimited success, power, brilliance to the point of = believing in=20 Total Global Dominance. Messianic tendencies. = Applies=20 equally to both genders.

4. Has a sense of = entitlement=20 which he/she believes is supported by the world in = general. =20 Sometimes becomes delusional eg believes the world will = donate any=20 resources willingly even to the point of extinction eg = forests,=20 animals, ozone layer.

5. Interpersonally exploitative = - takes=20 advantage of others to achieve his/her own = ends.

6.=20 Requires excessive admiration and needs to be the center of=20 attention.

7. Interaction with others is often = characterized=20 by inappropriately sexually seductive or provocative=20 behavior. Speech patterns may be immature and = aggressive=20 eg Bring 'em on

8. Quotes religious texts ad nauseum = to make=20 moral judgments and frequently claims direct communication = with=20 God. Sees no problem in selective = hallucinations.

9.=20 Absence of a sense of humor.

B. Restricted and = repetitive=20 patterns of behavior, interests and activities as indicated = by at=20 least 2 of the following:

1. Obsession with shaking = hands=20 with total strangers, kissing babies, exaggerated eye = contact,=20 intent gaze and bizarre promises.

2. Obsession = with=20 raising large sums of money Sees future in terms of = the "war=20 chest"..

3. Obsession with polls which involve asking = self-serving, obscure or irrelevant questions of only those = who will=20 answer in a predictable way.

4. Oppositional Defiant=20 characteristics shown by excessive arguing, ridiculing of = those who=20 appear to have different positions, need to diminish and = demonize=20 others. Often labels entire groups of individuals as = "the=20 enemy" on the basis of very little information.

5. An = inability to empathize or identify with the feelings of=20 individuals

6. Delusional and distorted thinking = patterns eg=20 Believing that a Corporation is the same as a = person.

7.=20 Relationships which are often of a bondage nature. The = Pimp or=20 Donor (occasionally an individual but more usually a=20 corporation) provides large sums of money with attached=20 chains. Shows no insight and sees no problem = with this=20 behavior. Projects negative thoughts about own = behavior onto=20 others eg demonizes the sex industry but fails to recognize = that is=20 an honest transaction.

8. Total belief in ones = own=20 virtue and strengths regardless of evidence to the=20 contrary,

9. A family history. The risk seems = to=20 increase with the number of afflicted relatives. Where = both=20 parents carry the gene there are even fewer treatment = options. =20 Genetic counseling should be offered emphasizing the risks = of=20 continuing this gene pool. Limited ability without = supportive=20 counseling to link dynasty with dinosaur.

10. = Frequent=20 checking in the mirror suggesting over-involvement with = personal=20 appearance. This is most often to check the length of = the=20 nose. Unusual fear of nasal growth, sometimes phobic,=20 sometimes excessive use of surgical = intervention.

11.Ability=20 to compromise - values, standards, beliefs, conscience = and =20 anything non-infected people consider=20 sacred.
