  Is it really true that to be a "great" President,
you have to win a war?

One day a few years back, I was watching Crossfire when someone stated that the reason the Clinton presidency was just a good presidency and not a great presidency, was because Clinton didn't win a war.

I thought, funny, I'd have thought it was the other way around.

According to our leaders, we are a peace loving nation.

While I support the idea that we should have a strong military to defend ourselves as well as to assist citizens of other nations fighting oppression and genocide - and sometimes that requires military force to uphold and empower justice - the idea that we should judge the greatest of our nations based on our ability to destroy nations who will not conform to our own ideology and world view is actually psychotic.

There's no difference between our "Glory of War" mentality than the mentality of a playground bully who believes that they can dominate everyone so long as everyone is afraid of them and they get their way.

I would think we would consider it a sad duty to have to commit troops to such brutality. Not celebrate it like playing in a soccer game.

These are the same people, like George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, Ronald Reagan - and now even John McCain (bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb bomb Iran) and Barack Obama are perpetuating the same ideology - the proof is in their latest votes to approve the FISA/Telecom Immunity Legislation. There's an inconvenient truth for you.

It's the Rhoades Scholar school mentality of imperialism and colonialism and ideology that has ruined Rhodesia (check out the history). See also Harvard and Yale, Skull and Bones, and then ask yourself why it's necessary to be a Yale or Harvard Grad, Rhoades Scholar or member of the Council on Foreign Relations to be considered a legitimate presidential candidate.

When McCain makes jokes about bombing Iran - understand, in a cavalier way, not even giving consideration to the deaths tht would occur - is it really that tantalizing for Americans to imagine feeling powerful because we can destroy other nations and peoples so easily?  Is it really that easy for our leaders to send our sons and daughters into harm's way?

Then, Barack Obama comes along as Mr. Change. And yet, he perpetuates the myths of the war on terror by re-directing our attention - changing the subject - and re-focusing us on a war in Afghanistan that was every bit as much a fraud. There is documentation on this site showing that it was about establishing U.S. control over the Caspian Sea Oil Pipeline that the Clinton Administration failed to negotiate peacefully. Our nation had no concern about the conduct of the Taliban until negotitations failed, and a South American company was going to get the contract.

Then 911 happened. 5 of the 6 "hijackers" supposedly on the plane with Muhammad Atta are alive and well in the Middle East. And Bin Laden has been associated with the CIA since Russia invaded Afghanistan, for the same reasons we originally worked with the Taliban. And they met with him in July, before the 911 attacks.

So now, Barack thinks we should go back into Afghanistan with more forces and depleted uranium, and complete the job of securing the pipeline. He says it's for the war on terrorism and Al Qaeda and Bin Laden.

For the sake of campaign showmanship, he uses the same George W. Bush hubris to say we'll go after Al Qaeda in Pakistan. This, because of the glory and prowess of the U.S. war machine, and how we've been trained to love our victorious military, and how it garners votes... and profits for our multi-national corporations.

But, do you hear anyone talking about the upheaval it would cause in that region if we began unilaterally encroaching on Pakistan's sovereignty? What would Americans do if the same thing if it happened on our soil? The Minute Men on the border of Mexico should suffice as the answer to that question.

The fact is, the great "mythical fear" that Iran is trying to set up a dynasty across the region would actually be caused by such military action. Inevitably, that sets up the scenario for the "never-ending" Orwellian war.. and the perpetuation of the myth of threats on us by terrorists, to generate the desire for a nationalistic war stance... that will bankrupt us and provoke additional attacks... in self-defense.

It's time for the American people to wake up and realize they've been hoodwinked by politicians with ideologies and ulterior motives that have done nothing more than hijacked this nation, despite the will of the people.

Barack Obama is no different. He used great campaign slogans and themes (stolen) to get the nomination. And now, objectively look at what he's doing, and you'll see that his war policies are no different than McCain's, Bush's, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Project for a New American Century (of war and profiteering).

I'm not saying that as a partisan attacking McCain and Obama.

I'm saying that as an American Citizen who realizes just how corrupt and morally bankrupt the two party system is, and how it has subverted the government with unAmerican activities and whitewashed "Blue Panel Commissions" with the authority and media prowess to sell wholesale lies to us all. Time and time again.

I say no more on that.

I say that the notion of "the glory of war" is a sin. And perversion.

That we should actually believe we are righteous in the eyes of God for perpetuating a culture of war while pandering to the citizens as people of peace... which we are... it is our leaders whose egos have gone out of control who have sold us on the idea that war is a good thing, that might makes right, and that we, as citizens, can't possible give reasonable argument against war because we don't have all the facts.

That the United States should and will succeed in being the global empire by force?

Did anyone ask you if that's what you, a citizen, would want done with your tax dollars and the lives of your children?

And then the government feeds us lies about Iraq, and calls us unpatriotic, while the truth is in the mainstream press, and Congress claims it didn't know they were being lied to. And then they lie when they say they aren't lying, while all the evidence clearly shows they have. They knew. They were in cahoots together. And only a little bit of reading will prove it to you.

Why is there no Bush impeachment? Because to impeach him would mean they'd have to disclose the proof that Congress was, by and large, acquiescing to the shadow government, in violation of the Constitution AND in violation of RICCO Statutes (racketeering) on a wide scale.

Government investigators and prosecutors, if they were in an administration that could actually  be trusted to serve the citizens, would call that a massive conspiracy to overthrow the United States Government, if viewed objectively. And the truth doesn't change if you are a Democrat or Republican.

My solution to the Iraqi conflict, for example: not a surge of troops, but a surge of peace keeping forces trained in conflict resolution to work with the people and the government to bring negotiated peace with the citizens first, to communicate our intent to give them their country back and then assist them in rebuilding - side by side - so they'd understand we really do want to help. And, no, it's not as simple as that. But it would have created  a unified effort for us and the Iraqis, instead of a struggle for power.

Riot police don't seem to do a good job in preventing riots, but we sure see evidence that they provoke them. Think about that objectively. Ask the people at Telemundo.

Instead, we push our weight around, demand that the Iraqis sign oil leases and contracts with American Companies and affiliates, and shoot them for now wanting foreign oppressors in their own country to leave.

The war that has proven to be a mistake... the outcome of a corrupt, lying government... has now become a symbol of the might of the United States wherby victory is the goal... an actually undefined goal, that relates to old political themes like McCain's use of Nixon's "Peace With Honor" theme... a goal promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations based mainstream media corps... a goal stated by both candidates.

They say Peace With Honor, when all they really care about is appeasing voters, and their real slogan is, how can we get the heck out and make it look like we did something good and valiant despite the facts?

Candidates discuss the Iraq war in detail as if it matters how we dealt with the "Awakening" and the surge as if to say "We may have gotten there for all the wrong reasons, but we might as well beat them up good and claim victory instead of admitting the criminality of the military action and the war crimes that will be dealt with one way or another... "

We'll just tell the American people that the other "bad" countries trying to prosecute our traitorous politicians that they're ganging up on us, and we'll get America to hate anyone who opposes us, just like the government and media - the Council on Foreign Relations - did to the French.

And it's all based on the Hitlerian methods and human psychology - propaganda - that allows these politicians to sell us the lies that cause us to support such wars and make us believe that the U.S. is serving the plan of God.. that is the most egregious crime/hoax of all.

The idea of "never again" is not just applicable to Jews. It belongs to us all.

No genocide/holocaust in the Middle East, Rwanda, Darfur, Kenya, South Africa.. they all tell you how horrible it is and do nothing. The proof is in their actions. And their political will, but they have none, because they want those things to happen for the geo-political strategies of Brzezinski, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Rockefellers.

Ever notice that NBC/GE is in Rockefeller Center? Does that tell you anything? How about that Tom Brokaw retired from NBC and became a board member of the Council on Foreign Relations (their chief propagandist, apparently, all these years), as did Colin Powell?

The American people ARE peace loving people. Just as George Bush accurately declared that torture is not in the hearts of the American people... as he was personally directing its use....

If the American people are peace loving, decide for yourself if the politicians are. Since the United States came into existence, we have been involved in more than 230 military actions in foreign countries. 230. Right now, we have troops in over 130 countries. We are the ones implementing a war of terror, not a war on terror.

When Ronald Reagan said we have to look to the past to see the future, he wasn't talking about making things better for citizens, he was, as the "great Communicator", a propagandist, saying that we must look at, as politicians, methods that were tried in the past, and how they failed, and how they can improve the old   propaganda paradigms so they cannot fail.

One of those paradigms of the past - for centuries - was how to trick the citizens of a country to go along with an agenda for global war. It just happened right before our eyes. Think about this.

Television is the most powerful communication medium on the planet.  The FCC ws created to protect the interests of the people, instead it protects the lies of politicians and propagandists.

As with people who are elected, there are responsibilities that go with the trust bestowed on such people and organizations. Think about the implications, the power it gives them to sway public opinion.

So, that trust has been violated.  Time and time again.  I think it's criminal.  In many cases, some political activities were illegal, but covered over by a sympathetic, if not an intimidated, manipulated press. Not hard to understand when you understand who owns most major media outlets in the U.S..

I do not say these things lightly.  And it sounds extreme, but the tactics being used are straight out of Hitler's playbooks.  Read.  You'll understand I"m telling the truth.  I truly wish I was wrong, but I'm not.

Propaganda at this level of influence is dangerous and irresponsible, and should be illegal, just as should be subliminal advertising. Propaganda is nothing more than the overt form of subliminalization and Psycvhological Operations on a massive scale.  It is on this basis that we should seek to revoke their broadcast licenses.

So, make up your own mind.  Are you one of the thousands of people walking around saying "Everyone knows Bush stole the election " and then shrugging your shoulders as if it doesn't matter?  That we were lied to? That the current candidates are fronting the same militaristic policies using prettier words?

Or, are you one of the angry people saying "Why doesn't somebody do something about it?" 

Either way, make up your own mind and do what you think you should do as a good citizen to empower Americans by empowering America.  That's what made this country  great.  That's the only thing that will keep it great.  The people.  You and me.

Finally, there are times when materials on this site may seem extreme or stuff you wish you didn't have to think about... I ask that you only understand that when you are spending most of your time following the events of the entire world, and trying to understand the  patterns,  it can be a little daunting... makes ya wanna scream.. I apologize for the extremes.  All I ask is that  you understand that I am doing this to make a contribution... to empower Americans with information so that we may make informed observations and choices, and not simply acquiesce to a corrupt government out of fear and false hope.
